What will you do?
- Foster company’s expertise in areas such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and all other related Industrial Automation products
- Develop new customers through an authentic relationship approach and trust advisor mindset.
- Build customer relationships and communication at all levels, focusing on developing relationships with key decision-makers & C-level executive partners.
- Develop and deliver on business plans and utilize CRM Software (Salesforce) to maintain the opportunities pipeline.
- Coordinate support through our internal network of technical advisors and leverage the global resources of Schneider Electric to grow our business in the province of Ontario.
- Lead and articulate Schneider Electric's Value Proposition for differentiation and align to the OEM needs and competitive share expansion.
- Utilize a variety of business management software tools for learning, account tracking, management review, and pricing/quotation generation.
- Lead multi-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth (quality, commercial, engineering, project management)
- Progressively develop a clear understanding of customer’s business model and how Schneider’s capabilities and Industrial Automation solutions deliver added value to them.

- 4 year bachelor’s degree, 3 year technical college diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of industrial automation sales experience preferably with OEMs
- Deep understanding of strategic account management, customers, sales channels and third parties, with a demonstrated track record of growing business
- Knowledge of machine builder market in diverse segments (Packaging, material handling/Logistic, material working, hoisting …)
- Ability to travel up to 50%, mainly within Western GTA (Ontario)
