Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and re-engaging dormant customers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, tracking sales opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products and upgrades to existing customers, increasing transaction value.
- Re-engage Dormant Customers: Reconnect with customers who haven’t made recent purchases, offering personalized incentives and product recommendations.
- Opportunity Tracking and Pipeline Management: Use structured systems to manage and prioritize sales opportunities, focusing on advancing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Customer Engagement: Establish strong customer relationships, gather insights, and explore collaborative sales opportunities with channel partners.
- Market Documentation: Maintain a document of key vertical markets, customer segments, and sales channels, updating insights from interactions.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Available based on sales performance
- On-Target Bonus: Up to $24,000 annually

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct a minimum of 50 outreach activities weekly, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Schedule at least 10 customer meetings each week.
- Generate 15 weekly sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Maintain a 24-hour response time for customer inquiries.
- Follow up on monthly promotions, product launches, and other relevant updates with existing customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in an inside sales or similar role, with demonstrated success in customer engagement and revenue generation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with customers.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to identify and address customer needs, providing exceptional support and building long-lasting relationships.
- Sales Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Tools: Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Monday.com) for efficient workflow management.
