Once you submit your questions, our team will build out the video interview and provide you with a candidate link you can put in your job description or send out to only the candidates you are interested in. You will then receive a link to review all your candidates submitted and their videos. You can do this 24/7, from anywhere and then get in touch with your favorite candidates directly. 

We suggest no more than 5 questions, include both technical and or non technical questions. You can include 1 video and identify how many re-takes you will allow your candidates to take. That's it. Good recruiting and let us know what you think of the process.

Candidates will be given 30 seconds to think about the question before answering and two minutes maximum to answer the question. (these are presets). You can identify in the form, how many re-takes if any you want to include.
