Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director with expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to lead our IT strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. This role requires a **hands-on SAP B1 specialist** with strong leadership abilities to manage business systems, optimize ERP processes, and support logistics operations, including third-party logistics (3PL) partners in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Business One (SAP B1) Management & Optimization:
- Oversee SAP B1 implementation, configuration, and optimization to enhance business operations.
- Manage customizations, integrations, and enhancements to align SAP B1 with company workflows, including supply chain and 3PL operations.
- Lead data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics teams to streamline order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment within SAP B1.
- Ensure SAP B1 security, compliance, and best practices.
IT Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and enterprise technology investments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Infrastructure, Security & 3PL Integration:
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP B1 and 3PL partners in the US, improving logistics efficiency.
- Implement EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and API integrations for real-time data exchange between SAP B1 and 3PL systems.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and disaster recovery strategies.
Project Management & Support:
- Lead cross-functional IT projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 and integrated systems.
- Enhance IT service delivery and end-user support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a strong focus on SAP B1.
- Expertise in SAP B1 administration, customization, and integration.
- Experience with 3PL integrations, supply chain management, and logistics systems.
- Proficiency in EDI, API integrations, SQL databases, and reporting tools.
- Strong background in ERP system management, business process automation, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience managing cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise IT governance.
- Proven ability to lead IT projects, manage budgets, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $90,137.12-$120,514.96 per year
