The SDR Automation Representative will play a critical role in Feroot’s sales and lead generation strategy by automating and optimizing outreach processes to increase pipeline efficiency. Using the newest AI and Gen-AI approaches and tools, the SDR Automation Rep will support both outbound and inbound lead generation, identifying key prospects and scheduling initial conversations that lead to qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have an experience in leveraging AI-powered tools for lead generation, a proactive approach to sales, and a desire to push the boundaries of automated sales outreach. Job Description
Feroot is seeking a Sales Development Automation Representative (SDA-R) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for achieving lead generation objectives from outbound and inbound sources; and help build and execute a fully automated lead generation process.
The SDR Automation Rep will use AI tools such as Clay, OpenAI, Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and other AI + Gen-AI and enrichment platforms to streamline prospecting efforts, allowing for efficient, targeted outreach and meaningful engagement with high-potential leads.
In this role, you’ll generate and qualify leads, book meetings, and seamlessly hand off qualified prospects to the sales team; and help create, manage, and improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve pipeline growth objectives.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize automated workflows for lead generation, qualification, and engagement across multiple channels.
- Leverage AI tools to identify, enrich, and prioritize potential leads within target accounts.
- Execute and refine outbound campaigns to drive lead engagement and nurture inbound inquiries.
- Conduct initial outreach to identify key contacts within prospect accounts and qualify interest.
- Schedule discovery and product demonstration meetings for the sales team with pre-qualified audience.
- Analyze and document prospect pain points, aligning them with Feroot’s solutions.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to maximize results.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.
Required Experience/Skills
We’re looking for hands-on, tech-savvy, results-driven individuals with a passion for automation and a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Experience with outbound and inbound sales lead generation.
- Familiarity with automation tools, especially those related to AI and Gen-AI (Clay, OpenAI, Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (phone, writing, listening) and the ability to engage with prospects.
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a desire to continuously improve and adapt.
- Ability to analyze and optimize sales workflows to increase lead engagement and conversions.
- Basic knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in achieving or exceeding quarterly activity goals/quotas.
- Knowledge of the SaaS and cybersecurity sales process.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or other CRM and data enrichment tools.
