Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
As a Security Analyst within the Enterprise Identity, Application & Offensive Security team, you are more than just a technical gatekeeper—you are a strategic partner. You will act as a bridge between complex security protocols and the stakeholders who rely on them. This role is fast-paced and high-stakes. You will be responsible for managing complex access changes under strict SLAs, researching efficiency enhancements, and driving key project deliverables in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and DevSecOps. Responsibilities

Partnership & Advocacy: Serve as a representative for the Identity team, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure security services enable, rather than hinder, business goals.

Process Optimization: Research and analyze current security workflows to identify bottlenecks. Facilitate and implement efficiency enhancements to improve our security posture.

Operational Excellence: Execute complex access changes within a performance-based SLA environment, ensuring accuracy in a rapid-fire setting.

Project Delivery: Take full accountability for assigned deliverables within the RBAC and DevSecOps workstreams.

Technical Administration: Manage and maintain identity life cycles using Okta and Active Directory.
Qualifications
-
3–5+ years in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or a specialized IT Operations role.

Proven capability to map, translate, and improve complex technical processes.

Proficiency in ServiceNow (ITIL v4 framework), Active Directory (Admin level), and Okta

Experience with PowerShell scripting is highly preferred to help automate manual tasks.

Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and DevSecOps principles.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Certifications (Preferred): * CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.

Okta Certified Professional/Administrator.

ITIL v4 Foundation.

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
