We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive IT Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced IT professionals and gain hands-on experience in a variety of IT related tasks being used in the construction industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Creation and disables access request for applications
- Participate in IT related projects
- Support the implementation of security measures
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing security logs to identify potential threats.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance security infrastructure
- Assist with analysis of all security roles; documenting role requirements, understanding current state, and assist with the creation and migration of new security roles for the Operational systems
- Assist in the creation of training documentation, test scripts, and process documentation to be used during system maintenance, upgrades, acquisitions, and new application functionality
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing an education within the Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
