We’re seeking a highly motivated
Senior Sales Executive who understands the industry and can leverage their expertise to help Eastbay differentiate itself in the market and accelerate our growth.
Role Overview
As a
Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by driving new business growth. We are looking for a high-performing individual with extensive experience in Microsoft Cloud products and IT sales, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate industry trends. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by leveraging your insights to carve out Eastbay’s competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and create new sales opportunities within both new and existing accounts, focusing on recurring revenue streams in Cloud, Managed Services, and Microsoft O365
- Develop Tailored Solutions: Craft comprehensive, client-focused proposals that address their unique needs
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and management to contribute to company-wide sales strategies and differentiation initiatives
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Use your deep industry knowledge to position Eastbay as a leader in IT solutions
- Manage Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term partnerships at all levels within targeted accounts
- Coordinate Resources: Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to execute new business solutions and projects
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of IT sales experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft Cloud products, Managed Services, and Security Solutions
- A proven track record in IT Managed Services sales and successful collaboration with channel partners
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong business acumen and consultative sales approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A hunter mentality with a drive to win and exceed sales targets
