Role Description
TWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in IT sales. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling Managed Services (MSP), Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Fortinet, Dell, and other technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, particularly in selling solutions to business clients.
This role is hybrid, requiring the individual to work in our Toronto office at least once per week while engaging with clients both remotely and in-person as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Cloud Sales and Solutions
- Strong Sales Strategy and Business Development skills
- Excellent Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Play a pivotal role in timely, effective and thorough delivery of presales, sales and marketing information; develop comprehensive proposals to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- “Get the sale” using various sales methods (presentations, cold calling, technical assistance, sales team leverage, quotes).
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, conducting regular touch calls to ensure smooth account management and project progression.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of IT sales experience, with a strong focus on selling Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, and Security Solutions.
- Understanding & curiosity with Cloud solutions.
- Managed Services experience.
- Basic knowledge of Servers, Storage, Workstations & Networking.
- Understanding projects & project management.
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
- Proven experience working with MSP models, Azure, Office 365, Fortinet, Dell, and other IT technologies.
- Strong knowledge of technology needs across various industries and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- An ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- New business development experience.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Computer use competency (strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills).
- Salesforce experience.
- Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
