The Account Sales Executive (ASE) objective is winning new deals and driving revenue growth at Feroot Security. The primary focus of this role is to execute Feroot’s sales strategy, sales processes and activities to help prospects convert into paying customers on time by clearly demonstrating the value of Feroot’s solutions in keeping their websites, web applications, and digital assets compliant and secure. 


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with experience in executing deal cycles from first contact to signed contract. They should be skilled in executing sales methodologies, using CRM, sales automation, and AI tools to win new deals and perform effective prospecting outreach. Experience working with partners to identify and generate referrals is a major bonus, as it allows for accelerated deal flow and expanded market reach.


This role requires professional sales skills, a keen ability to clarify customer pain points, and execute a structured, methodical approach to closing deals. The best candidates will be results-driven, proactive, high achievers, thriving in a fast-paced, performance-oriented sales environment.


Job Description

Feroot is looking for a high-performing Account Sales Executive (ASE) to drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with won accounts. This role is responsible for revenue generation through direct sales and partner referrals. 

As an Account Sales Executive, you will engage key decision-makers, define customer challenges, and help customers achieve compliance and security objectives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to provide an outstanding customer experience.

In addition to closing deals, the ASE is responsible for generating new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and working with partners. A strong ability to build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline is essential.


What You Will Do:

  • Achieve sales objectives.
  • Execute Feroot sales strategy and sales procedures to secure new customers.
  • Engage and build relationships with CISOs, CXOs, directors, managers, and other stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in their compliance and security programs.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact, POC/Technical evaluation, to contract negotiation and signed agreements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations and win proof-of-concept/technical evaluations.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to help drive demand and enhance the sales process.
  • Generate business opportunities through strategic networking, outbound prospecting, and participation in conferences, webinars, and events.
  • Own key customer communications, ensuring a smooth sales process and seamless transition from sale to onboarding and customer expansion.
  • Optimize account strategies to ensure sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.


Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Proven success in working with executive decision-makers, winning new customers by converting sales opportunities, and generating new business through referrals.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully managing full sales cycles.
  • Ability to penetrate net-new accounts while expanding within existing customer relationships.
  • Experience in selling SaaS compliance and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working with Sales Engineers to develop account strategies and deliver effective product demonstrations.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Process-driven and highly organized, with strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) as well as experience with AI-driven sales automation tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
