Currentware is seeking an experienced Senior Inbound Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Inbound AE, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our innovative IT security, productivity, and monitoring solutions to businesses of all sizes. The successful candidate will work closely with our head of revenue, support, and success teams, playing a crucial role in driving our growth and success. This position is 100% remote. We’re thriving without having a physical office, and there is no plan to get one.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet sales targets. We’re fortunate to generate a lot of great inbound leads as a business, as our platform is mission critical for companies everywhere.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customers, understanding their unique business needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. Our customers love us, and stay with us for a long time. Their introduction to the CurrentWare is critical.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Currentware's product offerings, ensuring that customers fully understand the value and benefits of our networking tools. Your ability to connect the dots between customer challenges and our solution will directly influence deal size, speed up sales cycle length, and connect you to decision makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands, allowing you to position Currentware as a leading provider of networking solutions. We win against our competitors often, and understanding our competitive differentiators make a world of difference.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to coordinate efforts in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The feedback loop from your sales activities will directly influence our marketing strategy and product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, providing a solid foundation in business, technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, with 3-5 years of closing experience selling to IT teams. Experience selling a networking, monitoring, or cybersecurity product is a big plus.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with prospects and customers. Our Initial interview screen will ask a series of questions via VideoAsk to help us gauge how comfortable you are selling virtually.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand complex customer pain points and present solutions that address their specific challenges, while also positioning other modules within our platform you may find to also be a fit.
