Job Description
Role Overview: This technical role is responsible for developing and maintaining digital tools, including PowerApps, that support and enhance the Cyber Literacy and Awareness Program. The developer will create interactive solutions to promote cybersecurity education, track learning progress, and streamline cyber literacy initiatives. This role would play a key part in the technical infrastructure of the program, providing digital solutions that enhance the overall reach and impact of cyber literacy and awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy PowerApps and other Microsoft 365 tools to support cybersecurity training, awareness, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Cyber Literacy and Awareness specialists to understand program requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Create and manage a suite of PowerApps that enable assessments, training modules, and resource access for employees.
- Ensure user-friendly interfaces and seamless integration with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other internal platforms.
- Maintain and update applications to meet evolving cybersecurity needs, including adding new functionalities based on feedback.
- Provide technical documentation, support, and training for users to ensure efficient tool usage.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in PowerApps development, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong knowledge of data security principles, especially within app development, to protect sensitive information.
- Experience creating digital learning tools or applications, with a focus on user experience.
- Problem-solving abilities to translate cyber literacy needs into technical solutions that engage and educate users effectively.
