About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Representative to join our team part-time. This is a 3-month contract position with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, a knack for sales, and the desire to help clients find the right solutions to their challenges. You will work closely with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our product offerings to maximize their success and ours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients through phone, email, and social media to introduce Pexo's services and generate interest.
- Engage in lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline and identify new opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, to showcase Pexo.ca’s offerings.
- Negotiate effectively, draft proposals, and manage the end-to-end sales process to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide client feedback and recommend improvements or custom solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commission only based on performance.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and marketing activities to promote Pexo’s products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technical details of Pexo’s offerings to communicate value effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, including inquiries, follow-ups, and completed transactions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and explain complex solutions clearly.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in a way that resonates with clients.
- Strong negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Commission-based compensation only, with unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.
