Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing and IT Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position combines creativity with technical expertise, focusing on event-driven marketing and IT support. The ideal candidate will manage marketing initiatives, oversee event logistics, and provide comprehensive IT support, including system development and cybersecurity management.
Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute events, including pre-event tasks.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, invitations, and registration forms.
- Write and refine event messaging, distribute promotional content, and handle event promotion.
- Coordinate venue logistics, vendors, catering, and any other event requirements.
- Oversee video and photography during events.
- Content Creation and Distribution:
- Develop post-event summaries, including editing photos and videos for promotional use.
- Upload content to social media platforms and the company website.
- Manage the company’s online presence through engaging campaigns and regular updates.
IT Support & Development
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Create and maintain systems for both internal and external use.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance the company’s website and digital platforms.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Support colleagues in the use of IT tools and systems, including training and troubleshooting.
- Ensure IT systems operate efficiently and securely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event marketing and IT support, with basic development skills.
- Expertise in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with video editing software and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience.
- Additional language: Mandarin and/or Cantonese
