About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing Co-Founder to lead exponential marketplace growth. As Co-Founder, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our marketplace from 120 Users in Ontario to a global unicorn.
In this role you will bring the following expertise:
· Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive exponential growth; user acquisition, GMV, revenue, and market expansion across Canada, US and globally.
· Fundraising: co-lead fundraising initiatives by identifying and engaging potential investors, pitching to angel investors and venture capitalists, and securing the necessary funding to fuel our growth ambitions.
· Team Leadership: Assemble and mentor a top-tier team across marketing, sales, and related functions, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Market Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize these insights to refine our product offerings and enhance our market positioning.
· Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and forge strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our platform's value proposition and extend our market reach.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:
· 5+ years of experience and proven results in executing and leading growth, sales and marketing programs for a tech startup, in a B2B or B2C marketplace or SaaS company.
· Extensive experience in managing campaign operations across diverse online and offline channels and products, preferably within a marketplace or e-commerce settings, with a strong understanding of B2B services.
· Deep expertise in marketing analytics across social media, (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta) email marketing, Community marketing, Affiliate marketing, Content marketing, SEO, SEM.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead, influence and facilitate sales and marketing, and to inspire and communicate effectively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders and customers.
· Strong analytical capabilities with practical experience in market research analysis, problem-solving, innovative thinking, go-to-market strategy development, and managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous experience in identifying and engaging potential investors, pitching to angel investors and venture capitalists, and securing the necessary funding to fuel growth.
· Self-motivated and independent, capable of making autonomous decisions and driving positive outcomes with minimal supervision.
Nice To Have:
· Prior experience in procurement or ProcureTech with an understanding of procurement processes within a tech-driven environment.
· Canadian tech and startup ecosystem experience preferred but not required.
Location:
The ProcureHub team is virtually headquartered in Ajax, Ontario, Canada supported by a virtual global team. While this role is virtual and we are open to candidates from various time zones, the preferred Candidate will be located in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada or the US in the EST zone.
