Responsibilities:
- Threat Analysis: Identify, investigate, and analyze potential threats in real-time.
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor our SIEM/SOC system to ensure maximum usability and security.
- Incident Response: Actively participate in incident response and mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our AI team to optimize the automated features of our system.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in understanding their security network state and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with AI-automated systems is a plus.
- Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
