As a member of the CyberArk operations team the role include addressing and resolve privileged access management issues, ensuring secure and efficient system access. Tackle complex problems with innovative solutions, manage onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts, and streamline operations through process efficiencies and automation.

Office location: Toronto - Canada
Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from Home; Remote working arrangement is not available.
Role requires being on-call support.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide support for incoming Incidents and request as well as Change management tasks via Service Now.
- Provide 2nd line support for end users
- Particpate in oncall rotation
- Manage non -sla tasks via Jira
- Weekly and Monthly maintenance
- Create Safes and manage permissions to the contents via AD Groups
- Powershell scripting
- Usage of Power BI for reporting
- Audit related activities
- Server patching
Required Qualifications
- Total 5-7 years industry experieince in IT
- Must have 3 years PAM and IAM experience
- Knowledge of Windows, and Linux as well as ACF2
- University degree is desired
Preferred Qualifications
- CyberArk Sentry, Defender certifications

Salary range is expected to be between
$71,925.00 CAD - $119,875.00 CAD
