Pay Rate Range: $110-135
Job Description
This is a 3 months contract located in Toronto, Ont / Hybrid – 4 days on site, 1 day work from home
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Someone who has managed a portfolio with an 8 figure budget (direct ownership of Profit and loss)
2.) Very comfortable communicating with AVP, VP and c-level executives
3.) Experience managing a portfolio for a consulting firm or one of the big banks
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity
2.) Very strong relationship building skills
3.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning, as part of the Strategy, Planning and Execution (SPE) Team driving the development, alignment, and implementation of activities that transform top-of-house goals into actionable plans. This role requires an agile leader who can navigate and help solve complex problems, deliver results, and ensure long-term objectives are achieved. The Senior Manager will provide strategic direction, oversee execution, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive outcomes across the cybersecurity portfolio.
