DKI Precision Restorations is looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent technical support to end users across multiple branch locations.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician, you will handle daily onsite and remote support tasks, ensuring all IT issues and requests are resolved efficiently. You will work with personal computers, business applications, mobile devices, and related hardware/software. This role also plays a key part in keeping our internal systems secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, remote access, and in-person.
- Complete regular security reviews, including antivirus checks, Windows updates, and system backups.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computers, peripherals, and software.
- Support mobile devices and assist with other IT service activities.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and completed tasks.
- Provide user-friendly guidance and training to staff when necessary.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors as appropriate.
- Assist with equipment setup for new hires and workstations.
- Participate in continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures.

- You have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (travel between branches may be required).
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs for equipment setup and movement.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours during system upgrades, outages, or urgent issues.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, VPN).
- Experience with ticketing/help desk systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Previous IT support experience in a multi-location environment.
