About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will lead our technology operations, manage a skilled IT team, and drive digital transformation initiatives across our dealership network. This role is critical to ensuring our systems support business growth, operational efficiency, and data security.
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with TAG's business objectives
- Lead digital transformation and dealership system integrations and process automation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Oversee help desk operations and technical support across all locations
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Ensure secure and efficient operation of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Manage network environments, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct system audits and risk assessments
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and implement tech solutions
- Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Deliver training programs on new technologies and cybersecurity best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Who You Are
Technical Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of IT team leadership experience
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience in multi-location or retail/automotive environments
- Expertise in Microsoft Cloud Services (M365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Strong knowledge of networking and Zero Trust security frameworks
- Proven cross-functional project management and infrastructure experience
- Experience with cloud services and IT transformations
- Familiarity with Canadian privacy laws and cybersecurity regulations

Requirement
Valid BC driver's license and vehicle for travel to lower mainland dealerships when required.
