About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead our growth in Ontario, focusing on large financial institutions and regulated enterprises. You’ll own the full sales cycle; from strategic prospecting to closing; supported by marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding WeActis’ footprint, building relationships with C-level decision makers, and positioning our solution as a key enabler of secure, compliant collaboration within Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business within large financial and enterprise accounts across Ontario.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Engage C-level executives (CISO, CIO, VP Security, VP Risk & Compliance) through consultative, value-driven selling.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to tailor demos and technical discussions to client needs.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
- Build strong relationships across client organizations to ensure long-term strategic growth.
- Represent WeActis at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success in enterprise cybersecurity or IT solutions.
- Track record of closing six-figure+ deals within financial services or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, data governance, or cybersecurity ecosystems, is an asset!
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
- Highly autonomous, driven, and comfortable leading a regional market strategy.
