Job Description:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Toronto, Canada, for a 6+ month onsite contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments, Embedded Systems, and IEC standards, with hands-on expertise in risk assessment. While a rail industry background is a plus, candidates from any domain with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for OT and embedded systems.
- Implement and ensure compliance with IEC security standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in industrial control systems (ICS) and embedded devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Support security testing, audits, and incident response activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in OT environments, Embedded Systems, and IEC standards.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity for industrial control systems (ICS).
- Understanding of network security, cryptography, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work onsite in Toronto, Canada.
