As the VP of Marketing, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

You will:

· Work with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement a marketing strategy

· Oversee a growing team of marketing professionals with squads focused on Demand Generation, Operations and Data/Analytics, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing

· Create, implement, and continually refine the marketing strategy, aligning with the company’s overall direction and breaking it down into measurable goals for your team

· Work cross-functionally with partner organizations to ensure alignment of business goals with Sales, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success

· Ensure the sales team has a strong and reliable pipeline of qualified leads

· Continue to position the company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space

· Work closely with the Sales team to acquire new customers and drive ARR growth

· Work with the product team on new releases and GTM strategy

· Grow and manage the marketing team

Requirements:

· 8+ years’ experience in a relevant field

· B2B experience

· Marketing lead and experience at a high-growth SaaS start-up

· You are a generalist, not a specialist

· Very hands on and not afraid to lead by example

· A strong personality, not afraid to speak up and discuss any concerns so you and the team can move forward positively

· Experience with Hubspot and other key marketing and sales tools, automation and ABM

· Experience in cybersecurity and technology

· An extremely high EQ and a leader of company culture
