Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity and Digital Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team at Calian ITCS.
This is a full-time role for a National Account Manager at Calian IT & Cyber Solutions. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives:
- Collaborate with Microsoft to develop joint marketing and sales campaigns
- Coordinate and participate in co-selling and co-marketing activities
- Formulate strategic presentations and proposals to advance joint initiatives
2. Internal Collaboration:
- Drive collaboration efforts between sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and support for joint Microsoft initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments
- Provide training and enablement to internal teams on Microsoft solutions
3. Revenue Growth and Incentives:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnership initiatives with Microsoft
- Achieve revenue targets and objectives as defined by the strategic plan
- Fully maximize available funding from Microsoft to support joint initiatives and revenue growth
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing strategic accounts
- Proven track record of successfully achieving business objectives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT solutions, or related technology fields
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Certifications such as Certified Account Executive (CAE) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
