Position Overview:

As a CEO & Executive Coach, you will mentor C-suite leaders and VPs, helping them refine their strategic and leadership skills. Utilizing our flexible yet structured coaching framework, you'll provide tailored guidance to enhance their executive decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

Executive Experience: At least 6 years in VP/C-suite roles, especially in automotive, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors, is essential.
Strategic Communication: Must possess exceptional skills in articulating complex ideas and fostering high-level collaborative efforts.
Industry Insight: Comprehensive understanding of specific business strategies and market dynamics within the mentioned sectors.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Expertise in addressing and navigating complex business challenges.

Desirable Qualifications:

Advanced Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Business, Engineering, Health Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
