Position Overview: As an Executive Leadership Coach specializing in VP and C-suite development, you will play a pivotal role in helping senior executives achieve their ambitious goals and unlock their full potential. Leveraging a proven and structured coaching approach, you will deliver personalized guidance, valuable feedback, and profound insights. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to senior executives, focusing on issues specific to your niche and related to leadership development, strategic planning, and decision-making.
Develop and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Offer insights and feedback based on your extensive experience to help clients overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership best practices.
Collaborate with clients to identify and address key business and leadership issues.
Senior coaches manage Coaching, Discussion and Brainstorming Groups.
Manage a coaching Vertical or support an existing Vertical.

Key Qualifications:

Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 20 years of highly successful VP, C-suite or Senior Management experience.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in mentoring, negotiating, and fostering collaboration to achieve productive outcomes.
Strong Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices.
Coaching Certification: Certification in executive coaching is provided by the client. Third-party certification is a plus, but all applicants must pass the client’s certification.

Desirable Qualifications:

Advanced Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
Team Building Experience: Proven experience in team building and leadership development.
Business Development Skills: Experience in new business development and strategic growth.
