We are looking for a self-driven and entrepreneurial Sales Engineer to grow our annual sales, help to build our pipeline, and provide technical expertise and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with product developers and engineers.
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
- Conducting sales outreach and building sales pipeline using Linkedin, phone calls, zoom meetings, and email outreach.
- Meeting with engineers, product developers, and executives to help drive sales strategies
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Researching growth opportunities within existing accounts, new clients, and industries.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Providing customer support and technical expertise to new and existing clients.
- Traveling to make sales presentations to business clients.
- Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales in a technical field.
- Must have - Knowledge of pneumatic equipment or industrial automation, motion control, servo and stepper motors ( Highly desirable ).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team working skills.
- Willingness to travel up to %25 of the time.
