We are looking for a self-driven and entrepreneurial Sales Engineer to grow our annual sales, help to build our pipeline, and provide technical expertise and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with product developers and engineers.
Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
Conducting sales outreach and building sales pipeline using Linkedin, phone calls, zoom meetings, and email outreach.
Meeting with engineers, product developers, and executives to help drive sales strategies
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
Researching growth opportunities within existing accounts, new clients, and industries.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
Providing customer support and technical expertise to new and existing clients.
Traveling to make sales presentations to business clients.
Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales in a technical field.
Must have - Knowledge of pneumatic equipment or industrial automation, motion control, servo and stepper motors ( Highly desirable ).
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and team working skills.
Willingness to travel up to %25 of the time.
