Role: Python Developer with AI & Automation
Location: Toronto, ON (5 Days onsite)
Duration: Contract
Seeking a Senior Developer with strong Python expertise and exposure to AI/LLM solutions, combined with the ability to support enterprise initiatives and stakeholder coordination. The role blends hands-on development with light orchestration responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python development (must-have)
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions
- Experience in enterprise-level application environments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (for workflow automation)
- Exposure to process automation and data scripting use cases
Profile Expectation:
- Senior-level candidate capable of balancing development and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work across onshore–offshore delivery model and support team scaling
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation and AI/LLM solutions
- Enhance and support existing automation workflows (Python scripts and Power Automate)
- Build new workflows for data processing, automation, and reporting needs
- Perform impact analysis for enterprise initiatives and break down workstreams
- Coordinate with application teams and stakeholders to drive execution and delivery
- Support task orchestration across onshore/offshore teams
