Manager, AI Engineer – Python
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We are seeking a hands-on Manager, AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions using Python, AWS, and Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI applications using Python, React/Next.js, and AWS.
- Develop GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, Graph RAG/RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Build cloud-native solutions using AWS (EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, Athena).
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end AI projects following Agile and DevSecOps best practices.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with 1–2+ years of hands-on GenAI experience.
- Strong expertise with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, MCP, Graph RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Proficiency in Python, React/Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and AWS.
- Experience with Docker, Terraform, Apache Airflow, Vector Databases (Weaviate, Milvus, PGVector, Neo4j), and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, AI testing frameworks, DevSecOps, JIRA, and Confluence.
- QuickSight/Tableau experience and financial services domain knowledge are preferred.
