Microsoft 365 Security Administrator (Network Infrastructure Support)

Turple Communications Inc. is a growing network solutions and managed IT services provider supporting clients across North America. We’re looking for a client-focused professional with strong Microsoft 365 (O365) and cybersecurity expertise, along with solid network infrastructure experience, to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Primary – Microsoft 365 & Cybersecurity
- Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Administer security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using Microsoft Defender and related tools
- Advise clients on cybersecurity best practices, risk mitigation, and improvements
- Support cloud security, compliance, and data protection initiatives
Secondary – Network Infrastructure
- Design, deploy, and support secure network and hybrid cloud environments
- Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, switching/routing, and wireless networks
- Assist with troubleshooting, escalations, and infrastructure optimization
- Support client projects, deployments, and migrations (Tier 2/3)
What You Bring
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure, MSP, or consulting environments
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and cybersecurity
- Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, routing/switching)
- Experience with hybrid environments and cloud integrations
- Excellent troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills
Nice to Have
- Certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Security+, CCNA)
- Experience with Microsoft security stack (Defender, Purview, Intune)
- PowerShell or automation skills
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Ability to support clients across multiple time zones
- Flexibility to travel periodically to support infrastructure deployments and maintenance
