Insight Global is seeking a Generative AI engineer to automate workflows and reduce operational toil across multiple technology teams (BA, PM, QA, Dev). This team will design and deploy intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and BI platforms, helping streamline reporting, documentation, and decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Intermediate Developer experience with strong programming skills (Python #1, Java, or similar).
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, agent deployment, and cloud-based automation.
- Experience integrating APIs and building connectors for enterprise tools.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and conversational agents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Knowledge of data security and compliance in AI deployments.
- Experience with BI tools and enterprise collaboration platforms.
