On Target Earnings (OTE) within the first year- $80k – $100k ++
Top Performer OTE: $100K +
Work Environment: 100% in office
Location: Office located Downtown Toronto (Richmond & Bathurst) - 555 Richmond Street West
The Individual:
- 1+ year of experience thriving in fast-paced, high-energy environments such as customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Motivated by targets, performance metrics, and the excitement of exceeding goals
- Strong communicator with confidence building relationships and creating engaging conversations
- Highly ambitious, driven, and eager to make an impact from day one
- Comfortable speaking with and presenting to senior leaders and C-Level Executives
- Coachable, adaptable, and quick to turn feedback into results and personal growth
- Naturally curious with the ability to quickly learn new industries, market trends, and business challenges
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Excited by career progression opportunities, professional development, and long-term growth
- Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is considered a strong asset
Duties and Day-To-Day:
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and first conversations, objection handling, and closing attendance opportunities. Take control of your earning potential.
- Own and execute end-to-end sales campaigns, building expertise in diverse and emerging industries such as biomanufacturing, cybersecurity, aerospace, automotive, and beyond.
- Connect with senior decision-makers through outbound cold calling to spark interest in our high-level business summits.
- Leverage our advanced tech stack to elevate your sales performance and give you the tools you need to succeed. You’ll use platforms like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, prospect, and engage with high-potential clients.
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets tied to outreach activity, lead generation, and new business growth.
- Build and manage your own pipeline by proactively researching and generating high-quality leads.
- Stay in the know on industry trends, key clients, and the value behind the events and products you support.
- Take part in ongoing coaching and training with your Sales Manager, working closely with the team to sharpen your sales skills and business knowledge every day.

Interview Process
- Recruiter Screen – 20-minute phone call to align on your background, explore what you’re looking for, and answer any initial questions
- Hiring Manager Interview – 30-minute video interview to dive deeper into your experience and motivations
- Technical Assignment – Focused exercise on lead generation, including prospecting and a mock phone pitch with the hiring manager
- Final Round – 45-minute in-person interview to meet the team, tour the office, and get a feel for our environment
