Techify is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Technology Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own client relationships and deliver proactive technology strategy aligned with Techify’s roadmap and each client’s business goals. You will lead innovative initiatives and guide clients through complex digital transformations, including AI readiness and IT modernization. You will lead quarterly strategy meetings, present 12-month technology roadmaps, and ensure proposals, quotes, and purchasing flow smoothly and accurately. Serving as the steady point of contact, you will connect clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring vendors deliver on time, opportunities move forward without friction, and clients feel supported, informed, and confident. Your proactive approach will help organizations optimize processes and achieve strategic outcomes through transformative technology projects.

A Day in the life at Techify:
Client & Partner Leadership
- Respond promptly to client questions with clarity and professionalism
- Escalate relationship or delivery issues thoughtfully and early
- Maintain trust across C-suite and operational stakeholders
- Lead quarterly cyber‑risk reviews, ensure clients meet insurance and compliance requirements, and set risk‑reduction plans
Strategy & Roadmap
- Lead quarterly strategy reviews; align technology to business priorities
- Present security, productivity, and AI adoption plans with budget visibility
- Track adoption and value realization
- Lead clients through AI transformation as it is one of our pillars of success
Quoting & Purchasing
- Prepare accurate product/project quotes; coordinate purchasing; follow up with vendors
- Ensure pricing, details, and documentation are correct; keep momentum across approvals
Consulting Ticket Board
- Support Consulting coordinate to ensure ticket board is always at 7 or less tickets
Proposal Development
- Create and deliver proposals aligned with client needs and consulting recommendations
Meeting Preparation
- Prepare materials, reports, and documentation for productive client meetings
Process Execution
- Follow Techify’s consulting and sales processes consistently
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future‑state workflows leveraging modern technology
Vendor Relationships
- Maintain positive, professional relationships; coordinate timelines, pricing, delivery expectations
- Success is measured by responsiveness, accuracy, relationship quality, and follow-through.
- Own the client’s Technology Maturity Scorecard and drive quarterly measurable improvements.
- Own the 12–36 month transformation roadmap and ensure yearly budgets reflect strategic priorities.
- Drive quarterly KPI outcomes for modernization, adoption, and risk reduction.
Total Compensation:
$85,000 - $105,000 CAD/Year based on experience
Corporate performance-based profit-sharing bonus
