Enterprise Account Manager – Calgary

About the Role
Trend Micro is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise customers in Calgary. You’ll act as a strategic advisor—driving security outcomes, strengthening relationships, and expanding adoption of the Trend Vision One™ platform.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in consultative selling, understands cybersecurity/cloud environments, and thrives partnering with technical and executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a book of enterprise customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles and drive measurable security outcomes.
- Position key solutions: XDR, EPP/EDR, CNAPP, Zero Trust, SIEM, AI Security.
- Build strategic account plans with accurate forecasting.
- Partner with Customer Success, SEs, and channel teams to drive renewals & expansion.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.
- Travel as required within the region.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in enterprise account management, value selling, or customer-facing SaaS/cybersecurity roles.
- Proven record of revenue attainment and growing existing accounts.
- Strong consultative, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, or AI-driven security platforms.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and SaaS recurring revenue models.
