We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support our growing cybersecurity practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to build expertise in cybersecurity, consulting services, and solution-based selling.
Role Overview
The Junior Sales Representative will support senior sales team members by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, assisting with proposals, and maintaining customer relationships. You will learn how to position cybersecurity solutions and consulting services to meet client needs while developing foundational sales skills.
This role offers training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth into a full sales and account management position.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and research potential customers in target markets
- Conduct outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Scheduling discovery calls and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide positive, professional experience for all client interactions
Cybersecurity & Consulting Enablement
- Learn and articulate basic cybersecurity concepts (network security, cloud security, identity, risk, data retention, compliance)
- Develop familiarity with cybersecurity products, managed services, and consulting offerings
Required Qualifications
- Formal recognized accreditation (Diploma, Degree)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in the English language
- Interest in cybersecurity, technology, and consulting services
- Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
