Remote | Toronto, Canada
A stealth-mode cybersecurity innovator is scaling its North American Solutions Engineering team. With a rich history of analyzing and countering emerging threats, the company leverages a next-generation security platform to protect the world's most prominent organizations from the most cunning and complex cyber-attacks. If you thrive on translating complex security challenges into elegant technical outcomes—and you light up when a prospect’s “a-ha” moment arrives—you will feel right at home here.
What You’ll Tackle
- Act as the front-line technical expert for enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them from first conversation through full-scale adoption of a next-generation security platform.
- Translate business and risk priorities into secure architecture proposals that deliver clear return on investment.
- Drive engaging product walk-throughs, whiteboards, and proof-of-concepts that win stakeholder confidence from SOC analysts to the C-suite.
- Strengthen alliances with channel, cloud, and technology partners to unlock new revenue paths.
- Evangelize thought leadership at virtual and on-site conferences, webinars, and community meet-ups.
- Produce repeatable enablement collateral—demo scripts, reference architectures, explainer videos—to multiply field success.
- Feed real-world insight back to product, engineering, and marketing teams to influence roadmap and messaging.
- Own technical success criteria during trials: scoping, configuration, success measurement, and executive readouts.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats, industry frameworks, and upcoming releases to advise customers on best practices.
- Plan for moderate North American travel (around 20%) to meet with key customers and participate in major industry conferences.
