Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive with account management experience to support Privacy Horizon’s continued growth across Canadian markets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts, using a consultative and value-driven sales approach.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to close deals, and experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles. Experience selling privacy, cybersecurity, or related professional services is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close, contract management, and ongoing account management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term revenue growth
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, risks, and business objectives
- Present and position Privacy Horizon’s products and services using a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposal development, contract negotiations, and client onboarding
- Assist with coordinating and managing ongoing client projects
- Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets
- Stay informed on privacy, security, and regulatory trends to effectively advise prospects and clients

We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role managing the full sales cycle
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience selling professional services, SaaS, and compliance-related solutions
- Preferred experience in privacy, cybersecurity, risk management, or related settings
- Experience using basic CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
