Description

We are seeking a Security Access Management Analyst Level I for our client in the downtown Pittsburgh area. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Security Access Management Analyst Level I, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the protection of corporation information and enforcing the information security program through access management.

Responsibilities

Administer user access and ensure appropriateness of access to applications systems.
Perform system access reviews to validate the suitability of access.
Recertify user access to ensure it remains appropriate under direct supervision.
Resolve user access problems related to security controls to minimize business impact and risk exposure.
Investigate suspected access violations.
Participate in the development and maintenance of criteria and procedures for security incidents identified by retail support.
Conduct regular security audits, analysis, and assessments per security policy.
Maintain responsibility and accountability for understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk encountered daily as required by the risk management program.
Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures for superior levels of compliance.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Must have experience with Active Directory Comfortable working with a high-volume ticketing system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Understanding of access management principles and security protocols
Knowledge of cyber security best practices and trends
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
