What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Team. The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for customer account and contract management, supporting the sales of hardware and software licenses, as well as processing orders (procurement), logistics and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). This role requires exceptional customer management, analytical, organizational and communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work closely with vendors, distributors and the internal team to ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction. We value self-starters who take initiative and are passionate about execution and continuous improvement. Moreover, this person will be meticulous, responsive, and driven to deliver exceptional service both internally and externally.
What You'll Do:
- Account Management: Analysing and reporting/presenting commercial opportunities for the Business Development Executives, quarterbacking the resolution of customer issues, and managing customer agreements and contract renewals
- Hardware procurement: Requirements validation, stock verification, deal registration, vendor negotiation, quoting, order processing, RMAs and managing logistics.
- License procurement: Requirements validation, deal registration, vendor negotiation, quoting, order processing, and managing expiries/renewals.
- Provide technical expertise: Research, learn and provide technical expertise (e.g., features, functionality) on hardware and licenses to the internal teams and customers, in collaboration with vendor-provided experts as necessary
- Support the internal teams with Vendor / Distributor inquiries: E.g., portal access, hardware and license reporting, invoicing, etc.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Account Management with an IT Value Added Reseller
- Proven experience in Hardware and Software (License) Procurement
- Strong knowledge of IT products, including hardware and licenses
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships with vendors and distributors
- Familiarity with CRMs, procurement software, ERPs, Vendor Portals and Partner Sites; experience with Salesforce, ChannelOnline (CNET), and/or ConnectWise is an asset
- Responsive, driven self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical abilities with strong Excel skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fully Bilingual: English and French
