Job Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for our organization in order to produce pre-qualified leads and attract potential customers. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
•Work with Vice President of Marketing and management team to develop marketing plans and budget to support business objectives
•Work closely with key stakeholders and the rest of the marketing team to ensure on-time delivery of effective marketing programs to a variety of audiences.
•Responsible for web content development, B2B demand generation, campaign management, conferences/events, branding, SFDC entries and updates, and monitoring and reporting on key KPIs.
•Align with product development & sales engineers to understand WinMagic’s products and competitive environment(s) as they relate to marketing needs
•Work with our content creator and writer to draft and/or direct development of print/online ads, direct/email programs, sales collateral, white papers, case studies, and website content, etc.
•Manage third party contractors and agencies as needed
•Collaborate with Events Coordinator for tradeshow/event participation including event coordination and management and development of required communication elements.
•Collaborate with Web team to drive success of SEO, SEM, PPC and other online marketing efforts including a strong focus on MROI.
Job Requirements:
Education:
•Post-secondary degree in Marketing or a related field is mandatory
Experience:
•5-7 years of hands-on experience in email and digital marketing: marketing automation, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, SEO strategy, keyword research, PPC Optimization, and SEO/SEM tools
•Experience in managing cross-functional partners and building strong and effective relationships
•Creative thinker who can bring in new ideas and approaches to processes
•Creative problem-solving skills; pro-active, strategic, analytical and an eye for detail
•Experienced project manager who can execute multiple concurrent projects while adhering to tight deadlines and managing cross-functional teams of peers, executives and others across the organization.
Strategic and detail-oriented skills:
•Demonstrated proficiency in both strategic thinking and attention to detail
•Self-directed and independent, yet able to work well with diverse teams while keeping all stakeholders “in the loop”
•Passionate and proactive multi-tasker who can lead teams and projects independently
•Strong sense of urgency and achievement, resilient and able to respond under pressure with excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities
Communication:
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid presentation skills
•Solid writing skills with an ability to articulate both the business and technical value of complex products and solutions
Technical Skills:
•Expertise in Search Console, Tag Manager, Optimizely, SEMrush, and native analytics in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube)
•Experience with Microsoft Office, salesforce.com experience, and online research/collaboration tools
Industry Knowledge:
•Knowledge of complex enterprise technology solutions, ideally data security, encryption and secure authentication solutions are major plus.
The annual salary range for candidates varies based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
