We are currently recruiting for a
Technical Support Engineer for an OEM client in Guelph. As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling various requisitions and inquiries with regards to technical support / troubleshooting, parts and servicing, warranty and customer issues .

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Telephonic support
- Providing customers with technical documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement and building on existing customer relationships
- Part sourcing
- Project management & coordination
What We Need From You
- 3+ years of field work experience
- Ability to understand various technical drawings (hydraulic, mechanical & electrical)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Strong technical knowledge
