About The Role
As the Director of Project Management for Supply Chain, you will partner with operations, R&D and legal teams to lead project and program planning and execution across various functions. You will drive projects and programs to achieve mission-critical outcomes for JPMS's existing product line and supply chain changes. At each new engagement you will leverage the continual exposure and experiences from working within a variety of project types.
What You Will Do
- Manage the project and associated cross-functional plans to drive execution in collaboration with R&D, Operations & Legal
- End to end project management of restages including the discontinuation plan of old items and operational launch planning of new items
- End to end project management of regulatory driven changes including the plan to phase out old packaging and finished goods and introduction of new packaging and finished goods in advance of the deadlines
- Lead cross-functional team members to develop and drive various operations and supply chain projects
- Lead strategic sourcing project to get to ideal state of multiple qualified manufacturers supplying each Distribution Center location
- Lead additional supply chain projects identified by the EVP of Operations, including but not limited to D365 ERP improvements, inventory disposition and optimization, and new customer onboarding
- Ensure milestones, goals, and budget are achieved and risk is effectively managed
- Communicate milestones and deliverables status to leadership, including mitigation strategy and compression opportunities
- Provide decision analysis expertise and tools to the teams for strategic planning and operational execution
- Act as the subject matter expert for product development process, project governance, development plans, critical path, decision trees and project financials
- Ensure adherence to all governance processes, deliverables and escalations
- Plan and lead kick-off meetings, clarifying individual roles and responsibilities and defining expectations and success factors for the team
- Maintains all systems and tools necessary to appropriately track initiatives as well as pipeline status

Requirements
What You'll Need:
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in using project management best practices
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Ability to illustrate total system impacts when changes are made in any one area
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems and manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a MRP, ERP, WMS environment
- Experience in Microsoft D365, AX, or Navision preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or PMP Certification preferred
Experience
- 10 + years of professional experience with emphasis in project management in a regulated environment is required
- Personal care or beauty industry strongly preferred
- Experience leading brand restage logistics
- Experience managing regulatory driven formula changes from identification through finished goods
- Experience qualifying new sources and contract manufacturers
Competitive Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $165,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
- Discretionary Bonus Plan: This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
