Dedicated to innovation and excellence, we are looking for a Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Purpose:
The IT Manager will oversee and manage Big Al's technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our business goals and supporting our mission to deliver top-tier aquatic and pet products and services.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems, particularly the migration of current ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365, IT Security, Data Management & Analytics, IT Service Management, Technical Support, and Website Management.
This role will ensure our systems operate securely, efficiently, and in support of our growing e-commerce and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Management (Microsoft Dynamics 365):
- Lead the migration process to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-migration.
- Collaborate with key departments such as Digital Transformation, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Finance to optimize ERP processes and workflows.
- Lead and support the customization and integration of ERP modules to enhance operational efficiency.
IT Security:
- Implement and manage IT security protocols to protect Big Al's digital assets, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or other applicable regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies for disaster recovery and data breach prevention.
Data Management & Analytics:
- Lead the management of Big Al’s data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, security, and availability for business analytics.
- Oversee data analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights for improving customer experience and driving business growth.
- Develop and maintain data reporting tools and dashboards for business departments.
IT Service Management & Technical Support:
- Supervise the IT support team, ensuring timely and efficient technical support across Big Al’s retail locations, distribution centers, and headquarters.
- Implement ITIL best practices for incident management, problem resolution, and service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party support contracts for hardware, software, and other technical services.
Website Management:
- Oversee the performance, security, and optimization of Big Al’s website and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of new website features and digital marketing tools.
- Ensure regular website updates, backups, and security patches to enhance user experience and drive online sales.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage IT-related projects, including the roll-out of new systems, upgrades, and technology-driven business initiatives.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor the IT team, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to keep the team updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with demonstrated expertise in ERP systems , IT security, data management, and website administration.
- Experience managing IT for retail or e-commerce businesses is highly desirable.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- ITIL Foundation Certification for IT Service Management.
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or relevant certifications in data analytics.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks, cloud computing, and data governance.
- Experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and websites (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.

Pay: $80,740.22-$100,374.26 per year
