Role Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Network Analyst to join a high-performing Enterprise Networks team responsible for the administration, support, design, and evolution of critical corporate and SCADA network environments. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise network infrastructure while supporting ongoing modernization and operational initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on network administration, troubleshooting, architectural design, implementation, and support across both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to industry best practices in network operations and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Design and implement network solutions supporting corporate and SCADA environments.
- Configure and manage Layer 3 data center technologies including Spine-Leaf architectures, VXLAN, and BGP EVPN.
- Provide advanced technical support and engineering expertise for enterprise network devices and services.
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve operational issues to ensure high availability.
- Support cloud networking initiatives across Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
- Manage network security technologies, policies, and best practices.
- Implement infrastructure upgrades, maintenance activities, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and ongoing network resiliency efforts.
- Support change management and operational processes aligned with ITIL principles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to deliver network-related projects.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
- Participate in rotational on-call support as required.
- Travel to regional locations when required to support infrastructure initiatives and operational needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of recent hands-on experience in network administration, analysis, and network design/architecture.
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License or equivalent.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan.
- Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
- Ability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
- Ability to attend in-person interviews if shortlisted.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale production network environments.
