Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others with their IT needs, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests from end-users in a timely manner
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software applications and computer hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues
- Set up and maintain network equipment such as firewalls and LAN connections
- Ensure data security and system integrity
- Document IT procedures and configurations for future reference
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles in an Apple environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite , Adobe, operating systems
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting tools and processes with emphasis on Microsoft Defender and related apps designed for Outlook
- Understanding of apple computer hardware components and peripherals
- Knowledge of network technologies including firewalls and LAN setups
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in IT support or related field is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment
