My client is an established, well-respected, privately owned Canadian enterprise that operates in transportation, shipbuilding, food, construction, retail, and more. They recently created a new division, which builds upon their expertise in road, rail, marine, and logistics services to the global market. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to add to their asset-based transportation team.
About The Role
- Drive new revenue in the ON and QC territory with both existing and new business
- Support will be provided through a global logistic manager and operations team to help drive customer success and revenue generation.
- Build a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual quota.
- This is a consultative sale that requires this individual to sell cross-functionally.
- This is a remote role. You will be working from home and spending up to 25% of your time traveling mostly within your territory.
About You:
- 5+ years of proven quota attainment in freight logistics services sales
- Experience generating net new business, managing a territory, and a pipeline.
- Must be someone entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated by the thrill of a sale!
- Resourceful and completely comfortable working independently, but is also a team player.
- Problem solver who is willing to challenge the status quo.
- Bilingual in French would be ideal!
