Nuvollo is hiring an Account Executive — a true hunter to acquire net-new business across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and Microsoft ecosystem services.
Nuvollo is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) that operates business-critical systems for clients who can't afford downtime. We deliver managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, business-critical application hosting, Microsoft ecosystem support, and technology advisory services across Canada and the US.
What You'll Do
- Identify, target, and acquire net-new client accounts aligned to Nuvollo's ideal customer profile
- Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partner relationships, events, and targeted account outreach
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover IT challenges, cybersecurity concerns, infrastructure gaps, compliance needs, and managed services opportunities
- Engage business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders — from IT leaders to the C-suite
- Partner with our technical, solution, and delivery teams to scope requirements and shape winning proposals
- Present business cases, proposals, and solution recommendations across managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and Microsoft ecosystem offerings
- Own weekly pipeline updates, forecasts, and deal progression reporting
- Represent Nuvollo at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and networking functions
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for prospecting activity, pipeline creation, new bookings, and new client acquisition
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of progressive B2B sales or business development experience in IT services, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, or related technology environments
- Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and closing net-new business
- Experience selling into small, mid-market, or enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Background working for or selling on behalf of an MSP, IT services firm, cloud provider, cybersecurity company, or Microsoft partner strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of managed services, IT support, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, business applications, backup & disaster recovery, and networking
- Comfortable engaging executives, IT leaders, finance, operations, and technical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Proactive, disciplined, self-driven — a real hunter mindset
