The successful candidate will bridge the gap between day-to-day IT operations and business innovation, acting as both a trusted technical resource and a champion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
- - Manage and maintain company hardware, software, networks, and technology infrastructure.
- - Provide responsive technical support to employees across the organization.
- - Administer user accounts, permissions, devices, and software platforms.
- - Maintain cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, device management, backups, and data security.
- - Coordinate with software and technology vendors to ensure systems remain reliable and effective.
- - Support the deployment and integration of new technologies across the business.
AI & Business Innovation
- - Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- - Research, test, and implement AI tools and technologies that enhance productivity.
- - Help employees adopt new digital tools and workflows confidently and securely.
- - Develop practical guidelines for the safe and effective use of AI within the business.
- - Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
- - Work closely with leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- - Experience in IT support, systems administration, technical operations, or a related role.
- Strong interest in technology, AI, automation, and process improvement.
- - Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, OpenAI tools, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
- - Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure data management.
- - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- - Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- - Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is considered an asset.
- - Experience with PowerShell, Python, APIs, or workflow automation tools is considered an asset.
