Job Title: Gen AI Developer
Mode of Work - Hybrid ( 1-2 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
An experienced GenAI/LLM expert who can design practical, production-grade AI solutions (not just model-driven prototypes).
This role requires someone who understands how to balance traditional programming (Python-based logic, rules, and data processing) with LLM capabilities, using the model as an intelligent augmentation layer rather than the sole decision-maker.
Very Important: Strong Python engineering skills (data pipelines, APIs, business logic implementation)
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks
Experience with hybrid architectures (rules + AI models)Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and production
deployment
Understanding of AI limitations
